If you need to make your music work again for whatever reason, you have to contact the place you bought your music downloads to get them to work. sorry MingusAl, i was in a rush and honestly, obviously, didnt read your post thoroughly. i saw that there are specific actions / steps to take and just wanted to make sure you knew about them so in case you didnt .... The one I know about is before version 11, you used to be able to back up your license from legal music downloads. Check This Out
