I went into my BIOS and told it to change all my settings to my default values, and that did the trick. Do it.TDSSKiller will launch automatically after the reboot. I have a fast Comcast internet connection (I believe 100Mbps). I hope it's not a virus.

Thanks msalton1 I will try running Superantispyware and maybe Spybot to see what happens. n1-tI disabled all “services” and “startups” through msconfig.n2-tAfter restart the problem was solved so I enabled just Microsoft “services” and “startups” through msconfig and another restart.n3-tThere was no problem so I Click the Start Scan button. The only thing I did is updating Java and the beeps started.
Which RUINS my chance to avoid a factory restore. I did a system restore back to before I had installed any software and it still froze up with no third party software.
