Windows7 is very fast, boot time 40s until my computer ready to use, but Windows 10 take 4 minutes, fast boot on or off doesn't matter, fast boot is a joke. Normally when a new computer comes out of the box it feels lightning fast, but this one with Windows 10 is really slow. Find out who represents you in Wyoming's legislature. I have a Haswell i7 PC with 16Gb of RAM with an SSD & Windows 8.1 all fully updated and Chrome x64 slows down like 1990 and Windows 3. try disabling hardware acceleration.... What is Microsoft support doing on all this ?
