This just happened this past week. Thanks again!A mod needs to select this as the solution since the OP, hasn't responded. Seemed whenever I tried to print something off the Internet, the print spooler dropped out. It is the only system with the issue and we have other Win 7 systems that work just fine. I don't understand how things went awry, but the steps that are listed multiple times in this thread did the trick.
