  • Only a dual core amd cpu, but really, how much CPU do you need during windows install?

Read many many many threads on possible solutions, unfortunately none of them worked. Expanding Windows Files Slow Ssd generally it takes < 1 hr complete probably 40 minutes. I kept onlyone USB drive (the source) andone SSD drive (the destination).

I was about to just go to sleep with my fingers crossed and hope that it would be done when I woke up. I tried booting off on the faulty HD using my own rig, and what do you know, it's at desktop in under a minute.
