In your case is basically download and run the executable. Yay! You might need to run it in compatibility mode (if it fails saying that you are not using Vista), this tutorial explains how. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before trying to start Movie Maker again, and then try to update the driver for your video card if Movie Maker still
