If you can DETERMINE what it is trying to install, then the MSI CLEANUP tool can be used to REMOVE that program from the installer. That would be because that file is now part of the Office 2010 installation and Microsoft has discontinued the Installation Cleanup Utility program altogether. Now I've really done it.
