What eventually got it working. Go to Start, type in run, and then click the run icon 4. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER, and then click OK. Or press the Windows key + R if you really want the run box.Got Feedback?

Type the following at the prompt and press Enter. %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver This re-registers the msiexec.exe file in the C:\Windows\syswow64 directory. It's working. This fixed my issue as well! If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please please contact me!!!
