Incidentally, my DWORD entry in the HME registry is "DisableBrowse", not "DisableDiscovery". In Safe Mode only generic drivers and processes are loaded, so whatever is calling this up will not be loaded.I'm hoping that whichever process is calling WMP will display an error I couldn't find a way to turn off shortcut keys for WMP specifically.
