Click on its Change/Remove. That's all it does is a loading sign come up and nothing else. It tied into multiple applications like Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. it says im still useing the newer version.

russ June 28, 2009 5:13 PM hey msn went funny on me and decided to not show any of my contacts so i wudnt kno hus online. However, Windows Live Messenger is in my add/remove program. I've tried a couple of uninstall programs but nothing. This solved my problem.

I removed all applications and now life is good.
