I already tried Miranda and Pidgin. However my laptop has now been "restarting" for about 30 hours.I've tried to turn it off but when I press the power button to turn it on it is still restarting. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and Select Start Task Manager then click on Processes Tab, find msnmsgr.exe and click on End Process. It did articulate the error message a bit more, It stopped while trying to save data, which doesn't help me very much. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/273746/how-to-troubleshoot-windows-me-shutdown-problems
