Windows Vista Freezes After Startup


Ive done hard disk tests and reseated the memory but there seams nothing wrong with the hardware. Will this make it work? I have tried rebooting the server from command line (shutdown -f -t 0 -r). It randomly freezes, I have no idea why and most times its when I'm doing something differently. ... I've done a full boot-time virus scan with Avast, I've scanned for spyware with SUPERAntispyware, I've scanned for registry issues with CCleaner, I've done plenty of things with Advanced SystemCare 6, Today, Windows Vista lags far behind both Windows XP and its successor, Windows 7, in market share, as it is used on only 5 percent of desktops, according to Netmarketshare reports.   3. Stupid in hindsight I know, especially seeing as my PSU has a modular layout giving 4 12V rails.

I'm doing some updates and cleaning out my computer. Ive formatted and reinstalled 4 times now, and every time the issue starts up again. that's all i know
