Windows Vista Gigabyte's Problem

The other issue I noticed she has was audio squelching and not playing. After plugging in the card, the computer did not even seem to make an attempt to indicate that the card was being read. Some evidence here that the problem is exacerbated when SATA optical drives are also connected to the Intel controller. Efect - the system doesn't see the RAID because it has problem configuring the drivers for ICH9 but only if I plug the drives. http://roguewb.com/windows-vista/windows-vista-problem-please-help.html

It will be valuable to everyone who uses it, including myself. Now I don't get Windows event errors at all, yet HDD LED light stays on for half a min up to a min in some cases, extremely slow disk access during A recent hardware or software change might be the caus. I have exactly the same problem.

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/454275-a-required-cddvd-device-driver-is-missing-usb-installation/ - that helped me. Finally!!!, moving one RAID set off the ICH8R controller to the Jmicron controller and moving disks off ports 0-2 on the ICH8R did the trick (so far anyway). Intel is delivering NEITHER! Must be software error.

Nothing helped (even not the tool from gigabyte) BUT ONE tipp: After the error message go back to the install screen remove usb and put it into another usb port). Tried to install using all USB ports, tried re-creating the Windows Install USB several times with the Windows tool. But somehow I'm not so motivated to do that, at least not right now 😉
