This is a dual boot drive C: Vista D:Windows 7. Windows update is sluggish to non responsive. I tried all the different scans and it just got worse, couldn't get anything to work to the point that the only way to even turn it off was to unplug I will assume they have supplied the Vista operating system, or the Sony OEM version, plus all the drivers for your PC. navigate here

Installation cannot proceed. As of a few days ago a help menu for every program started popping up when I clicked on something. I wonder if this has contributed to the problem? Virus scans and spyware scans picked up nothing.
The PATH property persists and contains the additional Apache directories, but, JAVA_HOME and AXIS2_HOME don't persist. I thought of performing a system recovery. When you go into the recovery routine, the software is looking for the first copy of Vista, and then to copy it over (on top of) the second version of Vista. If I reboot the system, again the screen goes gray, with some red pixels everywhere then gives me the option to load the system repair or bypass and load windows. Thank you.

Once I rebooted, I inserted the first disc, then it asked for the last DVD, then the first again. All Vista info can still be seen on drive c:/D: when 7 is booted which works...Vista starts with load bar...and get a bit through then the 0x7b.
