The area of you Windows taskbar near the clock can have an icon for every network connection. Open up regedit.exe through the start menu search or run box, and then browse down to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer If you see any of the following key names in the Download the .reg file and save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As). Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem? On the Taskbar tab, see if > Show the Clock if check. I do have a program by Avanquest, Fix-It Utilities Pro.

Alternatively, hold your Windows key and press R.Type this in~~~~~~control mmsys.cpl sounds~~~~~~And press enter. Cant customize, cant check greyed- out volume box. And, yes, this is a recent malady. More About Us...
